The doctor secures him onto a specialized medical chair, firmly immobilizing his arms overhead and elevating his legs into a fully bound, helpless position, exposing his feet, ass, balls, armpits... quite everything. Meanwhile, Dr. Tickle introduces various medical instruments to test his patient's sensory reactions, applying systematic tickling techniques across his broad frame. As the doctor targets his highly reactive ribs and sensitive hairy armpits, the tough jock completely loses his cool, melting into a cascade of unstoppable, breathless laughter. The session intensifies with every pass of the examination tools and the doctor's fingers, breaking down Chez's defenses while he's completely immobilized on the chair.
