Legal tickling clause

After his uncle's passing, Francisco goes to meet his lawyer, expecting to inherit Uncle Jorge's apartment. But hidden in the will is a bizarre condition no one warned him about. The clause leaves Francisco with only one choice if he wants to impress: submit to The Hugger, his uncle's twisted tickle chair. It's the kind of rite of passage he never asked for. Francisco is a proud, uptight young man. Still, he wants to make his brood happy, so he agrees. The lawyer first checks Francisco's feet, like he needs to see if the heir is truly "fit" for the test. Francisco blushes as his socks come off and his bare soles and toes are toyed with. The young man then follows the lawyer to the waiting tickle chair - where the true ordeal begins. Still freaking out as he's strapped into the Hugger, Francisco fights to keep his composure - but his own big, wide, meaty soles betray him the moment the lawyer's fingers glide across them. A nervous giggle slips out against his will, and in seconds he bursts into wild, hysterical shrieks he can't control. The lawyer seems to enjoy himself, burying his face deep in Francisco's muscular underarm, gobbling at the hollow until the wet, hungry sounds fill the room. Losing control, he escalates further: kissing, licking, and worshipping Francisco's feet while putting a hand in his pants and touching himself. Shaking, Francisco asks in a shy voice: "So... is the apartment mine now?"
